Subscriptions and digital videos:

If you are not completely satisfied within 60 days of your paid yearly subscription, we will refund your money.

All other products:

If you are not satisfied with an order of our print products, including Booklets, Student Tips, QuickTips and Stuffer Cards, send them back to us unused and in saleable condition within 60 days, and we will refund your money, less shipping and handling fees. Sets must be returned complete. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
